I can agree that vounteers are heroes, because not everyone can be him today. I think it is very hard.And only strong, selfless and kind person can become a volonteer. At first they want to help and they help people or animals or nature at all.Actually, i do no know any volunteers in person, but i think that it will be a great experience to become acquainted and communicate with them. In conclusion I can say that would not like to be a volunteer, because I think that it is very hard and I am not ready for this.
Thank you, Valik, for your comment. As far as I understand, you have chosen the job of a doctor. To me, doctors are heroes, too, because they save our lives. So you have something heroic. And who knows maybe you'll join the "Doctors without barriers" one day and help those who needs your help more than we do?
Nowadays our world is really needed in volounteers help,because there are plenty of serious problems like unaducated people, famine, poverty and others. So some organizations like UNESCO,UNICEF and others need volounteers- people with big hearts, hard-working and full of desire to help poor people. In my opinion volounteers are real heroes, due to the fact that they give up there own lives in there cities and fly away to help other people live better! Moreover nobody leaves countries in need where a lot of people a suffering from famine,war or poverty the same person as he or she arrived. Because only when you see this horrible conditions will understand what a wonderful love you have. This way volounteers see impressing the strength,perseverance and kindhearting this poor,but sooo reach people and edmired to exciting things! By the way I have already thought about voloutiring anywhere somedays. Maybe when I'll be a doctor l'll treat people in Africa or anywhere more. Will see!
I agree with you. Most often, volunteers are people with a big heart. I think you know that in our country all doctors are members of the charity organization "Red Cross", so when you become a doctor in Belarus, you automatically become a volunteer.

Volunteering is a work too. And as any other work it can be very simple and pleasant, but sometimes it can be very hard and unpleasant. To be a volunteer means to be able to give. You can be anyone in everyday life, but when you volunteer - you are the help. One of volunteering slogans "The person is able to help" and it is very pleasant to me. Let's present that the world is scales. On the right bowl of scales there will be disasters, wars, cruel people, greedy people, then on the left bowl of scales will be the peace, rest, order and kind people, people who are able to give. Between two bowls there is an emptiness. Sometimes people or animals (happens, even objects) hang on the edge of this couch and there are nobody to call to the aid. Then there are go people who are ready to help. Not for money or glory, just because they can. I consist in two organizations which are engaged in volunteer activity. The first of them EGIDA. The organization helps animals who have got into trouble. In more detail you can read on http://egida.by/. One more organization The Art Of Living. Another organization The Art Of Living. 162 countries have a representative of the organization. 20 million people have passed the introductory and advanced courses on stress management and rehabilitation projects. That's amazing, Alaiza! It's great that there are teenagers who think like you do. In the recent years, I've mainly had students who care only about themselves and just complained about the lack of time. You're a today's hero with a big heart who finds time to GIVE.
I agree that volunteers are heroes because volunteering implies working for others without getting anything in return. And nowdays most of people want to get a lot of benefits for themselves but this contradicts volunteering. I have never communicated with volunteers but I can suggest that it's difficult to be a volunteer. In fact giving your own money to strangers requires a lot of willpower. To sum up, volunteering is one of the most important directions in society. Actually, helping people, we make our world better and more beautiful.
